Do you know how to Unlock a iPod Touch?
So I decided to come back to the gym and took my iPod touch, but apparently it is locked and I no longer have the unlock code. This means that to unlock it can I do with my iPod touch or is there another way?
Kudos to be motivated, go back to the gym, I wish we had your motivation! iPods with a password forget difficult but they are not lost. All you need is a quick few steps and you will come back to your iPod in no time.
There are a few options to try if you try to unlock an iPod touch. The first method, we will try all data on your iPod touch, without the iPod completely format to save. Close your computer and open the folder when it opens in my computer. Change your folder view options in the “Hidden files and folders.” Navigate to the ipod_control >> device >> and look for a folder such as _Unlocked or _Locked. Some say you can open this with a text editor and the 4 digit password is in that file.
If that doesn’t work is the last thing to do, back to your iPod from the computer. Connect your iPod and wait to open in iTunes. If it appears on the left side, right click Properties and select the option on the iPod restore.
NOTE: Restoring iPod will wipe all your previous data from the iPod but not the computer or library on iTunes.
I got my ipod touch and i synced it with my grandmothers computer but then it was stolen. So i had a passcode on it but then forgot it i tried guessing to many times so now it say ipod is disable connect to itunes but when i plug it up it says enter pascode but it won’t let me. so i took someones advice and i put it so it had a UBS cable and it showed up in devices so i clicked restore and it finished but it went back to the same screen saying connect to itunes and it wanted to download this software and it said it would think 35 hours is this what i am supposed to do?

i dont understand how to get to ipod control
I’m trying to get something off my friends i pod but she changed her password and won’t tell me what it is. I’ve been online til 1:30 in the morning trying to find a way to get in her i pod without the password but i don’t want to restore it or she’ll get pissed. Can i unlock it with out restoring it?
well i found and ipod and dont know how to unlock the ipod without knowing the pass code.??
